These compactors utilize a portable metal 'front load' or 'rear load' container that holds that compacted trash which can be wheeled to a convenient location for hauler tipping. The Front or Rear Load Container is roughly 330 gallons. An extra container can be purchased (for placing in the compactors) while the full one is awaiting pick-up.
The CB-2900 Bin Compactors hold roughly 1.6 yard of loose trash and about 9 - 10 yards of compacted trash.
Waste can be fed either manually, with a conveyor, air system or gravity fed from a chute system.
Easy to Operate
After placing the front or rear load container in the compactor and closing the door, all it takes is a push of a button. If the lockable front door is open, the machine will not operate.
Safety
- Emergency Stop Button
- Mains Locator
- Water Resistant to I.P. 65 (Hose Down)
- Motor Overload Protection
Containers
The containers are equipped with heavy duty wheels for being able to roll the compacted trash to the hauler tipping area. The Standard Front Load version is made for waste hauler front load trucks with a 82" span, however other arm spans such as 76" can also be provided.
