The Closed End Horizontal Balers are typically used in applications involving a continuous feed either by hand, loader, conveyor belt or air system. Generally, in terms of volume, the Closed End Horizontal Balers are best suited for applications of up to 20 tons (OCC) per typical work shift. In addition to many other options that are listed with the Closed End Horizontal Balers, customers can request an optional slotted discharge door (which is slotted horizontally). This means that the bales are able to retain their highest density while being tied off via the slotted door.
In addition to maximizing bale weight, size & speed, this baler is designed and produced with many other customer satisfaction factors in mind such as:
- Reducing waste disposal costs while minimizing acquisition and start-up costs of waste handling equipment
- Reducing labor costs
- Streamlining overall waste processing operations for better productivity
- Durability and reliability
- Improving cleanliness and business image
- Improving workplace safety
- Achieving quick paybacks
Whether it is baling cardboard, plastics, metals, foam, film, fiber, magazines, paper or other materials, the design, components and construction is meant to produce many years of trouble-free economical service for our customers.
